Community

School life extends well beyond the classroom. Through shared experiences, traditions, performances, celebrations and everyday connection, Burgmann brings together students, families, staff and alumni as part of a connected and welcoming community.

Community at Burgmann is built through participation, relationships and shared experiences across every stage of school life. Families are encouraged to engage in the life of the School through events, celebrations, performances, sport, service initiatives and community gatherings across both campuses.

Annual events such as Foundation Day, Showcase performances, the Community Picnic, chapel services and sporting events create opportunities for students, families and staff to come together and celebrate the life of the School. Parents, carers and grandparents are welcomed as active participants within the community and contribute to the strong sense of connection that develops across the Burgmann journey.

The Burgmann community extends well beyond graduation, with alumni remaining connected through reunions, events and ongoing relationships that continue long after students leave school.
